I’ve been talking with Corey of MetalBound (maker of nearly all the bondage furniture at Salon d’Orleans) about a “bondage wall” I’ve been imagining that I’d like to replace the A-frame.

What I wanted was to be able to have rigid, weight-bearing bondage similar to the concept of the anchor point, with the resulting effect being much like those centrifugal force rides at the amusement park that spin so hard, when the bottom drops out you’re still pinned to the wall.

He’s come up with a solution where it’d be a 6’8″ x 4′ framed perforated board that’d be top-mounted to the wall but hinged at the bottom so it can be angled, as/when I desire. Based on the photo, left:  Threaded bolts (3) would be placed as needed in the holes from behind the board (4)  and screwed into leather restraints (1) specially adapted with a mounting sleeve (2) riveted in. Additional padded pieces to support the heels, butt, head, arms would be designed to mount to the board as well. The bolts have a flared base so they wouldn’t pull through the wall.

The way I’m thinking the board could also be used the same way as a St Andrews cross is (pretty sure the perforations could accommodate a spring clip or other tie point). The person could be elevated off the floor and bound to the wall, or even sitting on the floor and attached creatively. And when it’s not being used, it’d just be this beautiful piece of metal wall art that materially matches the suspension rig and the Pound.

It’ll be a sizable investment, but it’s also gonna be nuclear hot … so I’m hoping it’ll be worth it. If you’d like to make a donation to the, uh, “Building Fund,” you’re welcome to PayPal any amount to MTO@TroyOrleans.com. And, yes, you will be rewarded… (wink)

  • Very cool concept, I would love to be the test subject for the prototype :>) Maybe you should branch out into the kinky designer business?

  • Wow ,sounds like it will be an awesome ride .Is it still an idea or is it in the process and How long will it take to build ? And will it hold a considerable amount of weight ?
